2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? ( give three reasons with explanation
Reason 1. I want to be the leader of this organization because it is one of most inactive organizations all other rc are doing there job nicely but pd is inactive because of this crimes are rising everywhere and I believe I can make pd great again by preventing any crime
Reason 2. I have plans for how to improve the department by better training more active patrolling etc which will make the city crime free
Reason 3. In the past I have also played in some law enforcement organizations like fbi and government because of which I have experience in decision making, problem solving and how to handle responsibility
(extra reason): I am active dedicated and I am here to make pd more organized and fun for everyone my goal isn't just to take the position but to help build something solid
3. Your advice for improving roleplay
I have seen that many hc don't give training to the officer like they say you will get training on this time but when the time comes either they are offline or busy try to fix these
I have also seen that many hc keep say this to officers if you don't go there in 3 sec you will get dismissed or demote this makes you feel that you are not important this demotivates the players
