1. Improving RP and Hospital Services:-
I will make it easier for employees to engage in more RP situations, such as complicated surgeries, to enhance realism and efficiency. Additionally, I will ensure that the hospital is fully staffed at all times, especially at night, by hiring more employees for night shifts to keep the lobby active and responsive.
2. Financial Growth and Community Engagement:-
To strengthen the organization, I will work on increasing the hospital’s income, allowing us to hire more staff and improve overall operations. I will also schedule regular meetings with citizens to build a better connection with the community and help them understand the hospital’s services. Hosting charity events will also be a priority to gather donations and further support hospital development.
3. Structured Work Schedules and Coverage:-
To ensure smooth operations, I will create a proper schedule for each employee, making sure the lobby is covered 24/7. This will improve efficiency, provide better service to patients, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
