1) I am working in government for last 4 term and 1 interm i have a good knowledge about rules and organization, am working in government as a CM, USSS Director, Deputy Director and have a lot of experience in government and i know i have sufficient experience to improve the government
2) In my opinion leader of the government should have a good nature and kind person and he should have value of the post and give time to organization
3) Being a leader can feel impactful as you can influence other people in an organization. Rather than working independently, a team can accomplish more goals

1) I will organize events time to time for better communication and coordination between government and citizens And respect for the government will remain among the citizens.
2) i will announce week pr week bonus and Permotoin ceremony for hard working agents With this, the agents will do their work more efficiently and correctly.
3) Gov have to make the system for department of justice as soon as possible so that citizens can get justice more quickly and try to arrange more attorney in the city
4) we will arrange training session for agents like about rules, security training, event training, shooting training etc for improving the skills of the agents and don't do mistake in ic
