2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation):
Reason 1: I want to be police department leader because I worked as superintendent in 6th term and commissioner in 7th term of pd and I have knowledge of all RP rules , legislation. I have great experience in Ghetto patrolling and Check point events. I know how to maintain law and order through these events. I am capable of handling situation and solving the problems, i know how i can maintain relations with other leaders also. So police department can works smoothly.
Reason 2: I am able to create good environment for pd members, I will try to improve all pd members performance by guiding and motivating them in right way and i will conduct weekly meetings with them. I am able to follow all the rules and regulations of RP and respect all citizens, pd staff and other organizations members too. I will think multiple times and take decisions and consider others opinion also, and I can reduce new officers mistakes by giving proper trainings because without good training we cant produce grate offiers , and if any officers doing illigal Activities I will take strict actions according to the rules.
Reason 3: I will put my full efforts anytime, anywhere and any field to improve myself and police department members, and I will take example of my senior, ex leaders and curators and work like them. I will complete my term with by giving good role play experience without issues.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Advice 1: Giving fair and sufficient chances and give enough space to others opinions, doing Check point and Ghetto patrolling properly. We will give training in both ic and discord for their experience for better Role Play. Doing regular work like patrolling and arresting correctly.
Advice 2: All pd members will follow the rules, Miranda right, Macros and fines police and ghetto rules to improve professionalism in police department. We will reduce the crime rate in the city and i will hiring good and quality citizens for police department. I will help new Player to learn about rp rules, organizations works and properly doing Role Play.
Advice 3: I will conduct Promotion Ceremony to encourage there hard work and boosting there energy to dedicate there works towards police department and also give bonus to all pd members. I will use proper radio code in Organization chat and department chat to increase professionalism in RP world.
