2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1-> I want to be the leader of the FBI organisation because I believe I can lead it very well as I have playing this game from many months and I have experience as HC almost in every org (even as Deputy) , and also I believe FBI is very interesting and important organisation in city because in any state mission,FBI will be in the Command so i think FBI Org leader position deserve a person who have Good knowledge about other org as well along with leadership skills.

2-> As I'm a Teenager in rl so i believe i can contribute alot time for this position. Even though I have pressure of study but I can manage my study with this position's work.
3-> My first Org i had joined was the FBI , so i think I can do a great job as the director and no doubt my other org experience will help me alot to manage this org as the leader.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
-> FBI is a very Important Org for this city but I have noticed for past terms Only few and limited names can achieve the HC title in FBI , and every Name is repetitive , so i want to destroy the nepotism in this ORG for others smooth RP experience....
I want to increase the Role Play in this org by regular events for engagement of employees, as I'm 2× Commissioner in PD , I have noticed so many Warrents on pending, so i want to re create the swat from scratch for more efficiency in this work ..
And at last but not least I'll hire HC by tough interview to make sure they are worthy for this position or not , also i want to create special training and drills for HC and SOG( Special Force of FBI ) ...
Apart from it i have other plans as well . And i think bcz of all of this points I have mentioned above qualify me for this position ..
