2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation).
1. To benefit People and Employees: I want to be the leader of this organisation because I think I can use my experience to benefit more people by improving employee's mental health and by increasing the production of medications and increasing the work shifts through fun organised-events and motivation.
2. Fulfilling my Dream and Desire: It was always my dream to earn respect and love from all the Employees.Being a patient (ooc) who has experienced diseases,I always wanted to be the chief of Hospital for the greater good of Humanity and myself.
3. To be more actively involved with various departments: As a chief,I want to do state inspections,vaccine programs,health checkups and I want to try my best in doing surgeries
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
(i) Giving Employees some knowledge about Open-Heart surgery,Liver Transplant,Kidney Transplant and the surgery to remove piles(also known as hemorrhoid) can greatly improve the roleplay as then,Employees would be able to help more people that are in need.
(ii) Making sure to tell all employees to read all the rules and regulations (like rules of rp,rules and regulations) from hospital mail so that they don't break any rules that affect the roleplay of others (to prevent Fail RP or Non-RP).
(iii) Encouraging employees to do increased hour shift: This can improve the roleplay experience because If Employees become more active during night shifts, then all the patients would be able to get medical assistance 24/7.If the employees are encountering stress during their shift then telling them about stress management and how to apply it in your daily life,can greatly reduce stress in employees.

HS(Hospital Services)- Department that is responsible for giving first aid, conducting vaccine programs and health checkups.
GS(Ground Services)- Department responsible for giving first aid to injured players outside of Hospital.
