1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
~I think I can hendel things I have good desions making skills and i can hendel any situation my talking skills is too good and the most players are pakistan and india for india if anyone not knows english i can talk then in hindi and in pakistan i know punjabi and i now English also so I can hendel sation and I worked in both organisation gang and state I worked in all where so I think I am able applying for assistant I want to use my knowledge as a assistant.

~Good desions making skills and communication skills and a good experience and my learning skills I not be panic in any situations i know how to give respect and talk to players.
