2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this organization?
1. I Know the Army Organization because I am working 5 term in this organization with hard working I know army rules because I am old COLONEL in army. As a leader will make smart decisions to help the group grow. I will make sure everyone has a role and works together well.
2. I am working 5 term in Army and I understand how it works. I want to keep it strong and make everyone feel like they belong. I enjoy working with people and helping them do their best, and as a leader, I can guide and support the team I am working with team friendly and I am active every time for helping them and I want to be leader of this org to grow this org with new system.
3. I want roleplay to feel real and fun. I plan to create more situations where everyone can work together I am trying to my best for in this organization I also create the hype the Viper Gang in the city and in future I want to raid on gang with fbi and gov for safety of citizens and clean the criminal .

My advice to improve this organisation
1. I suggest taking regular training sessions for all members to help them understand their roles better and improve the roleplay experience and I make new system and new team for taking training.
2. I will improve the mp and spec ops department like if any raid we want to do then they both department do together.
