I would like to formally request a review and removal of my punishment history and gang warnings. I was jailed by Viper's Curator, Cherish Chheda, for Deathmatching (DM), but I strongly believe that the situation was misinterpreted.
β’ The incident occurred in front of the Paint Factory Event (PF)βa well-known gang event area where fights are common.
β’ The location is a Ghetto/Red Zone, which means standard DM, VDM, and many other rule restrictions do not apply.
β’ The area is widely recognized for active gunfights and gang activities, including graffiti, which further classifies it as a red zone.
β’ The Liberty HQ is just 30-50 meters away, and Viper HQ is also in close proximity, reinforcing the fact that this is a contested gang area.
β’ Additionally, similar cases in other Ghetto/Red Zone locations were rejected,
Some of those are:- 1st forum , 2nd forum , 3rd forum and many other forum
Given these facts, I respectfully request that my punishment history and our gang warnings be removed, as the actions taken against me were not in violation of the rules in a Red Zone/Ghetto area. I hope for a fair reconsideration of this matter.
