2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
• Myself I have Leadership Skills as been Gang leader in en3 and even i was the ex Leader of media in this server and also i worked as DEPUTY SHERIFF In grp. so its not a big deal for me to handle a organization without any warnings or mess.
• As I will ensure to make the media as very good active organization in state. By providing the best Bonus to the employees on time. And create Fun activities every Week. as before in my term it was fully active with new events like interview etc. so it will be more this time ..
• I will hire more employee for ads team so it's make citizens to use the media services on time and get much good experience. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build a positive relationship and foster a sense of camaraderie among my team members.
• we will make sure that my colleagues and I adhere to the server rules to ensure the success of the organization.
• We will try to host regular events and that there is good RP at those events
• We will try to come up with new and amazing ideas to ensure the engagement and entertainment of our fellow citizens.
• Last but not least, we will try to give Media the success, respect and reputation that it truly deserves.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Regular and creative events always valuing roleplay, interaction and integration of all players. Helping and guiding the most inexperienced players, helping them and improve their RP. Weekly meetings to discuss matters about the company and reward the most committed workers.
We will try to host some fun and amazing events at the end of a busy or rather stressful work day, to allow them to spend quality time and this will reduce stress and help in increasing overall productivity thus increasing RP.
We will try to encourage open communication within the organization because it will help us maintain better cooperation with our colleagues, and it will also help us get amazing ideas, for different situations and events that will increase the overall RP within the organization, and in the city as well.
