Q.2. Why should you want to be the Army Leader?
I want to rise to the post of Army Leader because I believe an organized, strong, and disciplined Force stands as the backbone of national security. My experience of service since Brigadier- Major General and Deputy Gang Leader is enough for deep exposure into warfare practices, military strategy, and official traditions of leadership.
I. I know what works and what doesn't work, for I know how to make the Army better, stronger, and with more respect. As your President:
II. The soldiers will be trained to handle any given situation, be it dealing with raids or even high-scale warfare.
III. There would be proper rules and standards and regard of the Army code of conduct to uphold professionalism.
IV. There would be cooperation among other entities to tackle major threats efficiently.
V. Special rapid response unit training for emergencies will be done so we are always ahead of our enemies.
Q.3. How do you improve roleplay in the Army?
I. In Army, I want to give quality and interesting roleplay and turn it into the best one of the city. This is how I'll do it:
II. Daily drills, war games, hostage rescues, and combat operations to keep soldiers occupied.
III. New recruits would undergo official boot camps to accustom them to Army procedure.
IV. Veteran soldiers would undertake advanced combat training and tactics for proficiency in later adaptations.
V. They would all be rewarded with awards, promotions, and medals for the highest achievers to keep high morale amongst them.
VI. Joint special operations and cross-training would be implemented to enhance collaboration.
VII. Every soldier would be duly assigned with a role and a duty to ensure proper functioning.
