1. I have good past experience as leadership because I work in most of state organization as high command. I am being 1 time deputy head of department and 2 time head of department in media , 1 time head of swat in police department, being deputy minister in gov and also human resources in hospital so I have better skill as leadership and I work in most of state organization I handle many situations so it's make me perfect for this post
2. Better vision for army. I hire powerful and knowledgeable deputy and high command it's make strong team of army. And I try to more to more pepole join army brothers army is pillor of state. I trying to doing some operations against gangs and win all raid. Giving good bonuses for solider. And make best promotion systems and best demotion system also. So only who capable he can be as high comand. It's make good environmenta in army

1. Host regular training
I try that army soldier get training regularly it's make them perfect and for that soldiers can combat his skill and make him better for training when solider doing raid so he can perform better and when we work with FBI or any hostage situations so training make better RP situations
2. Human resources team
I try that I make good chain of command in human resources team his work is take interview and giving training. So that I try to make best human resources team
3. Interaction between citizens and other organizations
I encourage high command and solider to communicate with citizens and other state organization. And I also work with other org like FBI, pd for gang raid ang any critical situation. Army high command do petrol near city so also we can decrease crime rate in city

2. Field training officer (FTO)
FTO work is giving training to new solider.
Ensure that all solider take training perfect or not

IA work is Handling internal case of army. And do petrol in army base
