Ans2.
(1) I have to become leader of army because I have past experience of corporal 1 in Zack legend term and I know how army works . How to manage army . I know about all rules of rp . I want to become leader of army because it's my first organisation which I joined and from that time it is my favourite organisation.
(2)I’m confident in my ability to lead a team. I’ve worked in team-based environments before and understand the importance of clear communication, trust, and coordination. As a leader, I can bring a sense of unity to the army , ensuring that every member feels supported and motivated to perform their best.
(3) I believe the army has the potential to set a high standard for RolePlay on the server. By focusing on training, discipline, and creativity, I can make the organization a respected and integral part of the community. My goal is to make the army not just effective in its duties but also enjoyable for everyone involved, whether they’re members or civilians.
Ans3.
• I saw that the leader of any organisation take money to give high rank this is bad thing because we have to give rank according to their performances in interview. Not all leaders but some of them . And if I became leader it will be the fair term ever you seen .
•In other terms of army leadership the main motive of players is to earn money .I will make my term unforgettable because I change the motive of players to not earn money do fun things like in other terms players come and do only gate duty, Ammunition and petroling but I will add a thing that to do training of shooting. And because of this many players come in this and they didn't bore.
• The players who get high rank who misbehave with other player and in my term I will choose only those players who are humble to everyone.
• The leader must have to online interview both discord and game because if we depend on high command we never know about their problems .
• If any high command caught taking money I will give him punishment. (Blacklisted in my term)
