2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Answer : I want to become the leader of Army because the reasons are :
-- Firstly I think that if I am become Army leader I will be always polite and good not be rude like others if I want to take action on anything so I will first listen all advice then I will take action...
-- I know all things about rp and I also knew the rules and legislation that will obviously help citizens and Army members because many persons didn't know the main and basic rules like even they don't know general rules and joined army with the help of there hr friends so I will make sure of it that it will not happen.
-- I think I am better than others and can do better in Army as I have so much experience in army too and I think that I have to much experience than others and I have 8 organization experience these are the organization: 3xvipers, 2xlos nomadas, Ex liberty, 2xinferno , 2xgoverment, 3xpolice department,Ex fbi ..
-- I think that I have so much skills and better than others like :
•Communication skills
•Driving skills
•Shooting skills
-- communication skills will help in various ways like if anyone wants to join pd i will tell easy to easy way to join it...
--Driving skills will also help in many other ways like if any criminal we have to catch so if we have driving skills it can be done so fast..
These will help so much in pd and if any new people wants to join I will guide him fully if I am not free then I will tell to any high command...
-- I will make sure that every week a team will give training of new joinee of shooting and driving skills Because in many attacks pd losses because they don't have skills so we will give them trainings.
3. Your advice for improving the organization.
Answer: I think that not much things have to be change in Army but I want to give my opinion/suggestions:
-- I have seen many state organization members that they show off of there post but that is totally wrong It should be changed and they should be kind and polite I will teach them all about it.
-- I said that how much skills are important for state organization members but many people don't have skills yet but I promise if I become the leader I will make sure that we will only take skilled people if they don't have experience but know rules and have skills they can join police department and the things I will need in Army will :
- politeness
-skills
-All rules learned and should know to connect them in ic..
-experience if you have then good if not then no worries..
-- I have seen that in many ways that people are in state organizations didn't know the rules don't have skills I tell about skills that my pd team will give the training but but some peoples join state organization without knowing any rules and without interview with the help of there high command friends but I will make sure of it that nothing will happen like this by asking questions randomly if anyone don't know it I will give one warning to the person and also give the warning to the person who help him to join organization I will tell him to learn rules if again it will happen he should have to leave Army..
-- I also have seen that some players join other organization because they are ex 2 or 3 times then but I will make sure of it that will not happen in police department...
