1) I want to be CEO of Media because it is my desire to lead this organization to a successful term and bring back the stability and order in the organization
Media plays a vital role in the roleplaying community. I worked with Media for three terms and worked my way up to Head of Ad Department. Our Honorary Shiva Prince sir granted me the position of HOD because of my diligence and ability to enhance the roleplay.
I want to take this opportunity and impact in a positive way. I believe with my experience and mentorship I will be able to lead this organization to success.
2) I served in The Media for two terms and one temporary terms in which I got a lot of experience within the Organization
I started My Journey as a regular employee I was doing my best, I worked with passion and loved the organization
After I became a High Command I got Good Experiences as a Human Resource and After My extreme hard work and Dedication for the Organization and doing My best for Media I became Head of Ad Department.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1) Radio Channel
We can use radio chat to help Police Department or other LEO organisations to find wanted people. We can also use it for some governement announcement
2) Inclusivity for all
Very often it is realized that people at lower ranks get bored because they mostly just get to clear ads but i would like to change that and allow people at lower ranks to engage early for situations which are for high commands only so that when they rank up and become high commands themselves they are more used to the environment.
3) External Relation
I'll see to it that each employee maintains positive relationships with other organizations and that roleplaying is done for everyone.
