2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Answer : There are many reasons of being the leader of pd but I will not mention all if I will I will need 10 sheets so there are some reason....
• I am a very polite and a good person I will understand all plans then take action i will never be rude like others and if I want to take action on anything or anytopic so I will ask to our department first ...
• I know all rules and regulations that can help in pd and pd members because many persons didn't know it and joined pd with the help of there hr friends so I will make sure of it that it will not happen...
• I have to much experience than others and I am also selected last time but Saad bro become the leader and I have 8 organization experience there are they :
•3xvipers
•2xinferno
•ex-liberty
•2xlos nomadas
•2xgoverment
•3xpd
•ex-fbi
•2xarmy
• I have so much skills and better than others like :
•Communication skills
•Driving skills
•Shooting skills
They will help so much in pd and if any new people wants to join I will guide him fully if I am not free then I will tell to any high command...
• Every week I will make a group which will take training of new joinee of shooting and driving skills ..... Because in many attacks pd losses because they don't have skills so we will give them trainings......
3. Your advice for improving the organization.
Answer: I think all is good in police department but some things need to be changed :
• high commands have to be kind not be rude I will make sure of it....
•As i mentioned that people didn't have skills in pd so I will make a team so the team give training of shooting and driving ..... So we will able to catch criminals easily and stun people also easily ....
• I also mentioned that many peoples join in pd without interview or without knowing any rules with the help of there high command friends .... So I will ask randomly questions to random person if they didn't know they will get 1 warning and the interviewer will also get 1 verbal warning .... If again they have to leave pd..
