2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans. Leadership experience: I have a great leadership experience as I think because I am a Deputy leader of Inferno gang, so I know how to handle a organization. I work in police as Head of Division for 2 successful terms and I worked in government as deputy minister of public relations department so I know how to interact with citizens.
2. Developing trust between police and public: It is very important to develop trust between the public and the PD as often their relations are not good which weakens the RP. I will ensure that the officers conduct a fair RP without any bias or misuse of power. I will bring in a structured system for complaint handling so that people can easily report their problems. To increase citizen engagement, I will organize town hall meetings, awareness programs and open discussions so that there is a better understanding between the PD and the public.
3. Goals: I will try to make PD a Disciplined and professional force by giving training to all officers and maintaining internal discipline. I will introduce advance RP scenarios like hostage negotiation, undercover organizations.. I will increase collaboration between PD and other state organizations

Ans. To improve RP of PD, realistic scenarios have to be created like undercover operations, drug busts, and hostage negotiations. Internal Affairs has to be strengthened to control power abuse and biased behavior. Proper training and SOP enforcement will keep officers disciplined and professional. Community engagement and complaint handling systems will develop public trust. Strict anti-corruption policies and IA audits will make PD a professional and high-RP organization.
