• I give my full focus on the gang event i spend a lot of time in the gang I attend a minimum of 9+ Events I give the shooting training to all the gang member for the best Shooting Skill.
• I will give fair promotion to hardworking gang members who join events daily taking interviews and which have good knowledge of gangs and rules. I will manage all events properly.
