Hello sir, As you can see in the 1st BODYCAM that i was roaming the area for rob/kidnap and when i come to nearby paint factory event area i saw these guys talking so i decided to rob them as a citizen there was more than 10min for ammunation event so it means i can rob them and after that i call more members for rob now from 2nd BODYCAM at timestamp 01:34 the player named Stuard Rajesh used fl which is clearly against GR 3.3 and at timestamp 01:37 the player named Kelvin Kumawatji is refusing to raise his hands which is Fail Rp and at timestamp 03:26 SANSKAR GG said that we cannot rob any person who is in gang dress does it means we cannot rob any citizen also? According to GH 1.7 we can rob/kidnap anyone person outside the city and at timestamp 05:11 the player named Kelvin Kumawatji ( who is being robbed ) passed the assault ammo to his friend which is clearly avoiding the Rp situation and against the rule GR 6.2 and at timestamp 05:18 we can clearly see that player named Kelvin Kumawatji used FL in IC chat which is against GR 3.3 and at timestamp 05:46 the player named Scooby qrr did Mercy Killing Which is GR 6.13 and at timestamp 06:02 when we tried to make our 2nd hostage( SANSKAR GG) He left the rp situation and run to his family house ( INDIAN MARCOS) which is against GH 1.5 and when we came back to rob Adarsh Chavda and Ind Aking at timestamp 08:00 they did not following rp situation and they just wasted our time so that the ammunation event can start

Brother FL is prohibited only for green zone area we can talk and chat in other languages if they agree please check the rules before doing any allegations

And no one is running they are all in ammunition event
By the way can you say me the exact time when you and your members starting to robbed me?

As the pov given by the leader of vipers we can see they are trying to robbed 3-4 people at a same time
It's clearly see that they are breaking the rules of
ER 1.5
Making greater than 2 people as hostile

Bro check the pov first you guys try to Robbed Kelvin then sanskar then me and aking at a certain time
I'm telling what you give as a pov you guys trying to Robbed 3-4 people at a same time then and block the entrance of family event and also participate the event wearing gang dress

1. Use of Foreign Language (FL):
The complainant has alleged that we used a foreign language, violating rule GR 3.3. However, this rule applies only in Green Zones. Since our conversation took place outside a Green Zone, this rule does not apply.


2. Failure to Raise Hands (Fail RP):
It has been claimed that I refused to raise my hands, which constitutes Fail RP. However, at that moment, my character did not perceive an immediate life threat and reacted accordingly. This is not Fail RP but a natural response based on the character's situation.


3. Transferring Ammunition:
The complaint states that I transferred ammunition to a friend during an RP situation, violating GR 6.2. However, this transfer was done within the RP scenario and did not break any rules.


4. Mercy Killing:
We have been accused of Mercy Killing. However, our actions were in line with the RP situation, and no rules were violated.


5. Escaping from RP Situation:
The complaint states that we fled the RP situation and took shelter in our family house, violating GH 1.5. However, our return was a strategic move within the RP scenario, not a rule violation.


6. Wasting Time:
It has been alleged that we deliberately wasted the complainant’s time so the Ammunition Event could start. This claim is baseless; all our actions were in accordance with RP rules.



Considering the above points, we firmly believe that we did not violate any rules. As always, we respect and follow RP Gra
nd’s regulations.
