2. Why do you want to become Leader of specific Organisation ?

(i). I Would make a better environment , communication and Understanding with my HC and members with my leadership tactics and communication skills :-
=> I would personally help my members and make sure that no one under my organisation would come in any kind conflict and fight each other .
(ii) I'm very familiar with all the rules and regulations and I know how the Gang work . I have much experience in Gangs like 2x Under Deputy in Liberty, Commander in Ln and HRA AND HC in Government , Hc in Army other state org. also .
(iii). I have a good knowledge of Ghetto rules, General rules , Leader rules and Event rules so that if we have a COT event then we are prepared and capture more territories without breaking many rules and make my term successful .
(iv). I will support my Gang members because I see other Gang Organisation doesn't hear their members suggestion and can't see their hardwork towards our gang . IF I see my members Hardwork and loyalty towards gang then I will gave them promotion also with bonus .
3. Your advice for improving Role-playing in the Liberty are as follow :-
--> 1. I will improve the Liberty members by giving them training of handling of weapons,I will train them in shooting, Grand Arena and i will make all of my Gang members brave and skilled soldiers for tough situations and in Events like COT,FZ RAID,Kidnapping, PF ,Etc.
2. I will teach every gang member about the event rules so that Liberty would not break any rules in the FZ Raid , COT , EVENTS and we will try our best to secure our Territory with my skilled and best shooters that are present in my gang .
3. I will make my Organisation term the best due to my statics and ideologies that i will applied in gang after I became leader of Liberty. I will give promotoions to my memberas who are working best,making logs and have a good knowledge of gang also .
4. I would make many events like promotion ceremony, bonus ceremony ,etc to motivate my gang members .
