I want to be the leader of PD as I see very high moral in the eyes of the employees of PD and if I get a chance I will make the organisation proud
I want to be the leader to make the city free from crimes that are getting committed by different criminals
I want to be the leader to make the country safe from criminals and people who are not guilty of committing crimes and also making sure that I take care of my employees!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I had already served as the leader of PD before this but unfortunately I couldn’t complete my term I was terminated just before 2days I learned from the mistake and I won’t repeat it I will make my this term more effective and better from last one I will make a good bonus system
I will make a good Chain of Command to make sure that my employees are happy
I will add a better HR department to make all recruitment
