• Prior experience in leadership ( Ex Chief Of Hospital 2×), Have A management skills
And Good Knowledge In Police Department ( Ex High Command) & State Laws
• Ability to calmly handle any problem & Conversation Skills
• Before this, when I was a leader, I implemented countless new projects & Systems for that department. Similarly, I would like to implement many new things for the police.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
To improve roleplay & Maintain The Rp
• Weekly special training sessions should be held.
• The city should be divided into four zones and an High Command officer should be appointed for each zone. For An Example ( officer James For North Division He & His Team is responsible For That Division Law And Order )
• Need To Change Something's in Ranks
• A security system should be created for government officials and dignitaries in the city.
There are many more changes needed in this department. If I were the leader, I would implement all of these quickly.
