• WHY do you want to be the leader of the police department?
Ans. I love police department and I was noticing that the condition of police department is very poor their was no police cops are online at rush hour's. Also the crime ratio in the city is very high.
Here are my some ideas and plains for police department
1. I will set clear goal's and regulations for org.
Like:- •minimum 3-4 police cops has to be online on anytime .
• minimize the A.T.M ( EVERY A.T.M IS ROBED ON ANYTIME IN THE CITY OR THE OUTER A.T.M'S OF THE MAP IS ALSO ROBED )
• I WILL CONTROL FAMILY'S AND GANG'S
• I WILL ALSO CONDUCT A INTERVIEW SECTION BEFORE JOINING AND PROMOTION etc.
2. I will create my own leadership style that everyone love's
3. I will Build relationships with your officers and Get to know with my officers and build trust with them.
4. I will be Be a role model. Set a good example for my officers by following the rules and regulations of the police department.

ANS. Improving role-play in a police department can be a great way to enhance training and build teamwork.
• Use real-world equipment Using real-world equipment can help officers feel more comfortable and confident in their abilities.
• Incorporate feedback: Debriefing sessions can help officers identify areas for improvement and learn from their mistakes.
• Create a safe and supportive environment Officers should feel comfortable taking risks and making mistakes during R.P.
