1. I was In this organization as a hc so I know all rules for pd and I know all server rules and regulations as I was a pr director in government and was hc in many state organization also and I know how to handle a organization because I was a deputy leader of a organization in grand rp so I handled whole organization when leader is on loa or not available.
2. I have good communication skills also and that can helps me a lot in this role and also it is very important for a leader to have good communication skills and I know all rules for a leader to follow and i know all responsibilities of a leader also as I handled a whole organization when leader is not available.
3. I want to make this organization the best state organization for players to join and after serving as a hc in many state organizations, I have gained much experience so now I think I can handle this organization and I will do my best for this organization.
Your advice for improving RolePlay In the organization.
1. Creating a channel names Best performance of the week by taking permission from the curator, In this channel who performs the best in the week announced there and get promotion and get some bonuses.
2. Making deputy chief, commissioner, assistant commissioner or other high command ranks after a tough interview but before that they have to qualify for that, to get qualified for the interview they have to do hardwork and have to be active in game more and I will see them if someone is doing hardwork he will be qualified for the interview and if someone breaking rules and not being active in game without informing, then he will be punished for that according to rules and regulations and if someone doing hardwork then he will get selected for the interview and if he pass the interview he got the role.
3. I will make sure that human resource division must be active everytime because to be best state organization ,we have to be active everytime.
