(Ans)i want to be leader for Vipers because i want to contribute hard in this gang because i have much knowledge about rules
•i want to be leader of this gang because I want to make this gang much and much better from previous time i will make this gang more active
•from the previous term i have worked lot in gangs and i know much about this gang know how to make fast decisions, know some ideas for improving this gang like regularly conduct the events, hiring the loyal peoples etc
•from previous terms i have seen this gang not much working means all leaders are good but some are not active much if maybe some IRL problems, but i will make this gang more active from previous all times

(Ans)My advice for improving role play that everyone should follow their responsibility and must follow the rules so that, they must have to give in a day for this gang atleast 1 - 2 hours in night because all the attacking, capturing etc most of done in night as (ist), my one advice is to please make a HR type team in gangs why only leaders or deputy will take interviews, some time we also not free all the time or make rank wise taking interview like from specific rank to above those rank can take interviews, this advice if followed so it may improve the viper or other gangs as well.
