Ans -> I want ot be the leader of Los Nómadas because I want to make it the best gang among the 4 gangs . I have experience of gangs and other organisations also I have a great experience as a mamber of liberty , red gang and I was ex officer of pd and usss director in government. At this time I am in army . I love gangs and gangsters so I will make los Nómadas the best gang of rp grand I have a great experience and with this experience I will make los Nómadas the best gang in rp grand .

My main motive ->
My main focus would be help to help every mamber of the organisation train and treat them as a friend . I will create loyalty of people with organisation. Try and definitely make the people of organisation hard working and it will lead to their growth of salary and experience . And it will grow their salary and open the gates of opportunities for them .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:
(i) Knowledge of all the rules : I will give my mambers the knowledge of all the rules so that they not break any rule and if they not break any rule it will lead to the repotation and loyalty of the organisation.
(ii) Be active in IC and OCC both : the mambers of gang will be active in occ and ic both active so we and do events more efficiently. And also give them training in both occ and ic . So that they know everything about the game and organisations.
(iii) Organising events : organising events in the organisation so that the mambers of gang will be in the rush of be the best gang mambers I will organise events and make the gang mambers happy . And if they are happy then I am happy and if I am happy then gang will be best .
(iv) Create proper check on everyone : I will create a proper check on everyone. Will make the organisation mambers sensitive and loyal. I will make a proper check on them . Punish them for bad work and also promote them for their good works .
(v) Making strict rules : I will make strict rules in the organisation so that it's mambers would be more active , helpful , good nature and have knowledge of all the rules .
(vi) No discrimination among mambers : there will be no discrimination among the mambers of organisation, everyone in the organisation will get proper respect and good oppertunities according to their works .
(vii) Making it the best gang : in my term I will definitely make los Nómadas the best gang ever in rp grand . With my experience and with its loyalty , work , experience of mambers , skills and hard work .
