My forum was rejected by stating third party POV. Situation happened in POV is between me and PDCaptian PD. I might not recorded POV, it is clearly evident that rulebreak is done. In any situation like this in IRL, evidence can be submitted from any source. Important thing to check is whether the evidence valid or not. Please do recheck and let me know decision.

I have warned him to leave the area. He didn't listened and insulted me saying "Hello Cheater". He failed to do Fear RP. He has done fair RP.
