1. Why do you want to become an admin?
RP Grand would make a perfect workplace for me as I love the environment where players pretend to be playing multiple roles and am really eager to make the environment fair and fun for all players. I believe that understanding the rules of the server, being able to sort out arguments and make reasonable and fair judgments would be of great assistance in ensuring that both new and old players have an enjoyable experience. Given the role of an admin, I would be in a position to assist players, solve problems and guarantee the continued prominence of the server.
2. What are your strengths?
One of my biggest strength is my ability to speak well looking at the fact that, it allows me to interact with the gamers and solve any issues that arise. It is possible to ensure the fairness and consistency of the processes owing to the great attention of details and understanding of not only the processes but also the rules of the RP Grand. I remain neutral and composed in order not to escalate the already sensitive circumstances. Besides, I am also good at resolving conflicts and that is why I am able to quickly assess the situation and come with a strategy that will be in the interest of the community and still respect roleplay ethics. I believe that I am suited to assist the admin and enhance the experience of the players.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
I always try to do many things simultaneously as I don't want things to fail at any time. This brings weakness within myself, as an individual focused on achieving success. There are occasions when I become too immersed in a situation and have trouble pulling myself out of it, since I’m focused on reaching fair solutions for each of the problems at hand.
4. Will you be ready to leave the RP life and become an admin?
