1. I have a lot of experience working in gangs so i know clearly how a gang works and i also have a good knowledge about this organization and i know all rules and regulations of a gang.
2. I also have good communication skills that helps me a lot in this role and also it is very important .
3. I want to become this gang the best gang for players and after working a lot in gangs and observing it carefully i think i can make it a better gang and i also know rules for a leader to follow.
3. Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization.
1. Making up a requirements channel for rank up in that channel all requirements is given according to the rank if anyone wants rank up then he have to complete the requirements according to his rank.
2. I will make sure that high commands must do their duty and also that no high command do corruption in the gang.
3. Teaching players who don't know how to join gang and what are the requirements for joining and also teach rules if he don't know.
4. I will make deputy leader, under deputy, high command or turf member or leader if he do his duty and do hardwork for the organization and if he is more active in game and after that he has to give a tough interview before he must have a good knowledge of ghetto rules and other rules and if he know all rules then he is able to give interview and if he pass interview he will get his rank.
