In my past Experience in FBI I started my career as an Agent and Got up to Deputy of FBI. I had worked in different posts , I worked in Training team as I Trained agents of different Rank to know their role and responsibilities and guide them to serve their duty with utmost respect. I worked in Interview team where we recruit new Agents based on their RP knowledge and Communication skills. I am mentioning this because I have enough experience to lead this FBI organization.
In my Experience as an FBI deputy I came across negatives and positives . I will overcome those negatives and I will Stand against Crimes in the city. I will train and help Agents and Citizens how to play Roleplay with rules. As an FBI officer I will train Agents to understand every penal Code of RP-Grand. I will put my At-most Efforts to decrease Crime in the city. I will work closely with other Organisations like Government and Army to decrease Gang's criminal activities.
As an FBI officer I will ensure that if any citizen in city try's to do any criminal activities will be prosecuted in accordance with the law. Leadership is isn’t just about authority- It's about improving the group interactions and creating a better experience for Members in Organization. My aim is to build a well-organized and disciplined agency that prioritizes teamwork, strategic planning, and effective communication.
Advice for improving Roleplay in the organization:
I will organize regular events or missions that involve creative and engaging situations, such as undercover operations, Patrol watch, Field surveillance or high-profile gang raids. I will give Agents to stay open and give any suggestions to improve their skills. I will Recognize and reward members who gives their at-most efforts and beyond in their duty. I will Host regular training sessions to improve Agent skills such as interrogation techniques, surveillance, and Combat skills. Teach Agents How to Handle situations. Interact with Citizens in regular intervals and will do some Awareness campaigns in the city.
