2. Why you want to join the FBI organisation?

i] I have worked in FBI before as a High command and head of HRT department..I have experience there is no good training phase that's why many agents done mistakes and the suspect got advantage and flew away... that's why I want to change the training sessions for new trainee . Trainees is the future of the organisation we need to Focus on them more.....If the trainees got correct or perfect training and morals from there seniors i believe they will work good and more professionally...

ii] I have also experienced some nepotism in FBI before (it's my personal experience and I felt that before, i don't want to target anyone) that's why I want make sure , who'll protect our city they are worthy of there positions...

iii] In last term crimes in city in peak... We as a Fbi agents only submitted case after case ... Nobody taking any action against the crimes..I want to create a special division for those case..

iv] I also have many other ideas for growing the FBI to the peak ...If I get the chance for the director position... it's my believe I'll do a great job for safety of our city and nation then the others.. and I also have alot experience in Army (Colonel of HR-T and HC).In Fbi (High command and Head of HR-T) and also I have experience in Police department.

3. What is your advice to improve role play experience in organisation?

As I was a High Command in FBI I felt there is so much lack of events.....in first it's so much exciting to play as officer in game but some time later it's become boring, To cheer up our agents we need to do some exciting events and RP situations for making everything interesting in org...

If you became a fbi leader..I suppose it was a good team under a good leader as you..
No dout in your leadership...it's was a fantastic team in whole rp grand server...if admin see this... He is deserving man... please do needful

He can be a good leader ....he have grate potential or experience also to manage this organisation. He is very kind , honest , deciplane guy . He deserved this position.
