Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (Three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to be the leader of vipers because i have a well knowledge and experience about this organization . I also was a member in vipers so i know how things works.
2. I know all rules of the server and i also play pc grand rp I also have a lot of experience in state organizations also and vipers is my favorite organization also and when i am in vipers gang then i see some high command taking their friends in vipers gang but their friends didn't give interview of vipers so i only make anyone high command after a tough training and asking them all rules.
3. My communication skills is also good and i know how to lead vipers gang better .
your advice for improving Roleplay in the organization.
1. My first advice is taking a tough interview for players that wants to join in vipers gang .
2. During interviews players must share their screen with us for no cheating.
3. Creating a team and their responsibility is taking events.
4. Creating a team that can protect vipers gang base.
5. Making requirements if someone wants level up then he have to complete its requirements according to his rank.
