2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1- During last term of Los Nomadas, As a fellow gang member i understood how a gang works and all kinds of Role plays that we involve as a member of Los nomadas. This understanding gives me a strong boost to try becoming the leader of Los Nomadas.
2- In the past, as a member if Los Nomadas, I observed and I can do the changes where Los nomadas can be improved more to be a strong team/organisation that enhance the game play.My vision is to bring unity amongst players following by we can able to be a successfull team with better role play.
3- During the last term or Los Nomadas, I have gained a proper understanding of leadership to make suitable decision under pressure with a strategic plans. I am perfect to maintain my loyalty to my commitments.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
*Maintain consistency on IC gameplay, this would be my first suggestion to any organization. There shall be no partiality, or any personal revenges should not take place while we are in IC(I observed this in different orgs)
*What ever the actions take place during IC, That should be usefull to organisation in all possible ways.
*Maintain a professional communication and teamwork with fellow org members, at the same time we need to maintain a decent communication with other organisations too with respect to RP, This Will enhance the game play.
