One of my main strengths is effective communication and belief in teamwork. I understand other people's views very well and value their opinions. I also solve problems quickly and try to make fair decisions in every situation.

One of my weaknesses is that I tend to be a perfectionist. And sometimes too much time is spent on small details. I need to manage my time better. So that I can do all my work efficiently and without unnecessary pressure.
