Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization: 1- I'm a natural born leader! 2- I come with a rich history and experience in not only server development but faction/team building within gaming environments spreading across multiple platforms and game titles/genres. 3- I am constantly planning/holding events and activities to build and encourage player engagement and activeness across the server

My advice for improving RolePlay in the organization if chosen would be: Encouraging and implementing role players to actually create and build a character personality then fully committing to acting out or role-playing said character personality while within the community/server. I would also recommend team based events, daily/weekly/monthly to ensure and encourage player involvement and engagement all structured towards building and bettering the organization.
