- Why I want to be leader of this organization:
I’ve served as Deputy twice, led Spec Ops three times, and reached Admiral General. I know how to lead under pressure, manage structure, and build strong teams. My passion for military systems both in game and real drives me to create an Army that’s disciplined, well trained, and respected.
I believe in leading by example and building a faction where every member has purpose, direction, and opportunity.
- Departments:
1- Spec ops : responsible for all kind of activities out of base ( raids gang with FBI )
2- military police : ensure smooth following of Army rules
3- Human Resources and training : responsible for all activities of hiring, helping new soldiers
to understand their roles, training soldiers
4- Delta force unit : responsible of protecting base from gangs and help spec ops with their operations
- My advice to improve role-play in the organization:
a- Apply realistic military standards: formations, codes, and command structure
b- Host weekly trainings and mission briefings to strengthen teamwork
c- Maintain strong discipline with fair rules and internal accountability
d- Plan joint RP operations with other factions for deeper engagement
e- Recognize active, skilled members and help them grow as leaders
