Reasons Why I Want To Be The Leader:
1. I want to create a proper organisation for players playing with proper role play and I as a leader I will never forget my kindness and respect towards every and each player
2. I want a proper competition between organisations
3. I am working for Los Nomadas now at Trusted rank and I learned the rules for proper RP I want to create Viper as proper organisation with No Nepotism
I also use free time , one or atleast half hour in revising the rules.
4. I believe in doing improvements day by day and learning from old mistakes and take in consideration that they will be not repeated in future again
Basis For Organisation : Working hard for Organisation , loyality of members in organisation , making organisation an actively running organisation , and be respectful in chat with everyone , will be always there to compete every organisation and taking Vipers to sky level heights
Advice For Improving Role Play In The Organisation:
1. Taking players in Organisation after a proper Interview with proper details and knowledge about Role Play
2. If the player have no proper knowledge then providing a proper guidance about how to role play and then taking the player after proper knowledge
3. No nepotism in Organisation and promotions on the basis of performance and work
4. Proper maintenance of Organisation and players and maintaining a proper competition to enjoy role play
New Regulations Introduction : Scheduled meeting specially for HC and and players , taking a view of all the players thoughts for happiness of each player and motivating sessions also to motivate players to be courageous for The Vipers
I have long term desire to join a Organisation as a Leader to make it number one that no one can stand nearby
