1. Realistic Procedures and Protocols

Follow Proper Procedures: Emphasize realistic police procedures, such as proper arrest protocols, communication, and responding to incidents. Implementing standard operating procedures for different situations can enhance the realism of the roleplay.

Use of Police Codes: Encourage the use of realistic radio codes (e.g., 10-codes) for communication to make the interactions feel authentic.


2. Regular Training Sessions

Scenario-Based Training: Conduct training that involves various scenarios such as traffic stops, high-speed chases, hostage situations, etc. This will help officers practice their RP skills in different situations.

Roleplay with Experienced Members: Have more experienced members play different roles (e.g., suspects, civilians) during training to simulate real-life unpredictability.


3. Enhanced Communication

In-Character (IC) Communication: Encourage in-character communication as much as possible. Avoid out-of-character (OOC) chat unless necessary to keep immersion.
