1. I want to be the leader for the Vipers Gang.
2. I want to be the leader of vipers for Many reasons.
1.I am a leader of an group in real life.In real life ,I have a team of 10 members.So I know how to communicate with people,how to with face problems and how to grow an organisation . I also know that how to protect an organisation
So I have an experience of leadership in a game also.I am 13 OG NOMADAS IN Los Nomadas and 13 OG IN Vipers
2.I know almost all the RP grand rules and regulations.So i will try to maintain all the server rules as a leader.For that I will try to take training session.As I know how to handle an organisation or a team,I will be very friendly to my work fellow.
I will give better freedom to the people who works under me
3.I will take my gang to Leading position.I will try to hire more experienced work fellows (If anyone has not experience then I will take his training session ).I will participate in all the events with my team.I will encourage them to participate in all the events like paint factory, Graffiti etc.I like this fighting type work .In other organisation there is not so much work in game.But for gang,there is so much work in game.
At the end I want to be leader. as my perspective leadership is great skill.And it is also a great job.
3.For improving the roleplay, I will take member by taking interviews.If anyone dont know the rules the I will take a training session of him.I will create a team who can take training session.I also try to create a creative team who will check and try to establish good roleplay.I will follow all the server rules. I will create hard rules for improving the role play.I will create a video of the main rules in the RP who were in the gangs to get better understanding
