Promote Storyline-Based RP:
Instead of random crimes, we should plan heists, alliances, and betrayals with a storyline that can engage other orgs and citizens in long-term RP scenarios.
Training & Recruitment Drives:
Host weekly RP training sessions to teach members the right way to engage with others (e.g., fear RP, negotiation RP, injury RP). Recruitment should be based on RP skills, not just combat.
Keep Toxicity Out:
Enforce a no-toxic behavior policy. Promote IC over OOC drama and handle disputes within RP boundaries.
