1. Leader for... Liberty

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
I have been with the gang for a long time, and having seen its growth in good times and bad, I feel motivated to steer us back to the top. The main thing that attracted this gang to me was the chock full attitude and immersive roleplay experience it provides. I would like to be able to take our crew to the maximum potential, and therefore need to hold the seat of the Leader. I have the culture, the grind, and the organization’s objectives etched deep within my head. My approach is cooperative, yet strict, and while maintaining order. My command style is balanced in that it encourages and builds loyalty. My experience in gang turf wars, event planning, and managing internal ranks gives me the confidence that I can lead with the right amount of strategy and respect. The reason that I am here, is not for authority; it is to build a legacy, something that will last the sands of time.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the gang
Every RP is unique and demanding in its own way. In my opinion, powerful roleplay begins with a good story and a well crafted plan. Consider every single interaction, from negotiating at the ‘dealings’ to capturing ‘kidnapping,’ a sub-event of a larger phenomena. Arcs, motivations, and ever-present boundaries must be present for every character. Also, I would create weekly themed events (like missions of revenge, drug busts, and infiltrations) to make things more dynamic. Clear expectations at every rank also ensures that, as members progress, their roleplay responsibilities become increasingly meaningful. More effective coordination with law enforcement elements also enables neat ideas like raid or escape RP, as well as negotiations. The more intricate, detailed and random those little nuggets of narratives become, the more cohesive our RP identity grows.
