2.1. Experience:
I was in EMS in EN3, so I know the rules and how to run the organization. Medic needs an experienced leader who knows how to handle things and make it work well.
2.2. Skills in Management and Decision-Making:
I have managed several departments in EN3 EMS, which gave me solid experience in leadership. I’ve learned how to handle different situations, manage team members effectively, and make decisions that benefit the organization as a whole. I’m confident in creating clear strategies, setting priorities, and solving issues quickly, which will help make EMS run more smoothly.

I will build a supportive team and make sure we work efficiently together to improve the organization.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:
Right now, the hospital needs to set up many things since it's a new city, and we need to recruit more people into EMS. My focus will be on bringing in new members and creating clear employee rules, dress codes, and other important guidelines on EMS Discord. This setup will not only help during my term but also benefit future leaders. By focusing on structure and recruitment, EMS will grow stronger and more organized.
