2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?
1. I have leadership experience.
I worked as a deputy leader in Inferno. There I learned how to manage a gang solve problems, and keep members active. I know how to support my team and lead with respect. Now I am ready to lead my own gang and use what I learned to make Viper great.
2. I want to build a strong and united gang.
To me Viper should feel like a family. I want all members to feel important respected and supported. We will grow together and always have each other’s backs. When we are united we are powerful.
3. I have a plan to make Viper the best.
My goal is to make Viper the most respected and powerful gang in the city. I will recruit active and loyal members organize fun events, and use smart strategies to lead. With teamwork and hard work we can reach the top.

1. Train members in RolePlay.
We should give new members training on how to do good RP how to act like their character follow gang rules and work as a team Older members can help teach the new ones
2. Clear roles and ranks
Everyone should know their job and who their leader is This helps us stay organized and makes RP more realistic and fun
3. Realistic gang rules
We will create gang rules for things like fights missions and communication This makes RP more serious and real
4. Regular meetings
We will have weekly meetings with all members to talk about plans and events Every two weeks leaders will meet to discuss big plans This keeps everyone informed and working together
