2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ex.1. formerly I was Deputy of HP and once a successful leader of EMS In GRP .. now I think I hold the qualities and Compatibilities to be a leader of HP in rp grand . I had well sufficient and good experience as a Deputy and as a HC in many orgs . So now I think I might be able to Aquire one leadership positions in Rp grand . And prove myself that I am even better
Ex.2. rather then tasting leadership I have a yet abodient and leadership mindset to do further in My term . I have good experience as well as Good leadership qualities to handle and manage a organization. And successfully complete a term with successful mindset .
Ex.3. after all these I also have a mindset to Help my city citizens live longer and a healthy life and follow the rp perspective of their rp life . As a Leader I am not just a leader I think I am the one who should be Careful into their citizens life . I will help and I will spread help and prosperity as a Helper of the city of rp grand . I will try to help every citizen who is feeling mentally or physically helpless. I will reach to each of the soul and lighten up with help and a good and healthy Light . As well after becoming leader I am damn sure that lobbies and the jobs will be done Daily curator won't have to complaint about any Issues . Everything will be done by our side . 3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization. :
To improve roleplay within organization are simple :
1. Try to focus on the terms u refer , Eg : Accept my Interaction request To - Please lay on this streacher . So by these we can see that best amount of roleplay and realism is maintained . And People can live with best rp .
2. City should be Free of Crime, every Law enforcement officers should maintain that they Entertain their shift accordingly . Any negligence or any impatience into their work Should not be tolerated .
Additional things that should be On considered : I am a guy when work is assigned I shift my only one direction to it . As currently I am not in any organization and either I don't want to do afk and harm my roleplay as from roleplay side we can see there is a harm of it as in real life a person should not sleep publicly or ( UB= unrealistic behavior) so I will maintain that so after becoming leader I will start flying into city and stay active all day . Rather then being afk I will maintain to complete my Small set goals .
