Reason 1: I want to be leader of Government because I worked as Deputy Minister in Government and I aslo have experience as Deputy leader of Police Department. I have already managing organization experience and I have well knowledge about managing and segregate roles and responsibilities to all staff. I participated in many state events and I had knowledge how the events and the Goverment works. And I have good experience in Government as well as department of justice, law and legislation of state because of pd experience.
Reason 2: I will make state organizations and Government more functional, and I will ensure order and legality for Government with proper law, procedures and action to manage citizens needs, security, and i will fullfill the request and coordinate with employees and as well as citizens of the state. I believe strong in my leadership I will brings order, opportunity, and fairness-and I'm here to make sure everyone has a fair chance. Organizing departments, solving problems or making sure laws are enforced fairly, I want to lead by example and bring real structure to Organization.
Reason 3: I will guide others and foster their growth and fulfillment to their success. I will focus on citizens and developing Government members skills, boosting their confidence as well as. I will maintain law on every citizen equally without any discrimination or nepotism. Behalf of Government I will fulfills this function in many differen ways, including monitoring the economy, maintaining the postal service, system, and public utilities. 3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Advice 1: All employees should know state rules and and general rules to improve professionalism among the organizations, I will Boosting there energy to dedicate there works towards Goverment as well as city and giving bonus to encourage them for there efforts and hardwork for the organization. we will give training in both IC and discord to Improvevise better Role Play.
Advice 2: Conducting every State activities small or medium events for state residents at least once every 3 days and giving them best prices.
Advice 3: Conducting meeting with employees and other states Organization in the discord, to maintain friendly relationship and eventually to improve better RP realism in state
Advice 4: Communicating professionally and correctly in Organization chat and department chat in that we can increase professionalism in the organization.
Advice 5: I will conduct promotion ceremony twice a week and Giving bonus against their performance without looking partiality or Favoriteisum.
