ADDITION INFORMATION

1. Leader for: Government

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

➤ 1. Vision to Strengthen Civil Structure:

I would like to introduce a better structured and realistic experience to the civilian aspect of RP. I can assist in developing more interesting laws, public events, and citizen-government interactions as Governor, making the state come alive and full of life.

➤ 2. Leadership Experience and Fair Decision-Making:
With my past experience in leadership roles, I’ve learned how to manage large teams, resolve conflicts, and make fair decisions under pressure. As Governor, these skills will help maintain order, transparency, and accountability in state affairs.

➤ 3. Community-Focused Reforms:
I would like to provide citizens more influence over decisions. I will have frequent open meetings, implement voting procedures, and implement public welfare programs for enhancing the RP experience. Government should be of the people and provide opportunities for every style of RP—legal, media, business, and even passive RP.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization

• In order to enhance RolePlay in the Governor's Office, I recommend:

• Live RP Policies:
Incorporate live press briefings, voting days, and cabinet meetings with live citizen involvement.

• Cooperation with Other States: Coordinate with PD, EMS, Media, and Legal factions to organize co-hosted RP events like debates, emergency training, or city planning.

• Civilian RP Incentives: Develop licenses, taxes, or city permits that add more substance to businesses and daily life, inviting civilians to roleplay something other than crime or police work.
