a. To improve coordination between government departments and other major city organizations by establishing better communication systems and procedures, allows fast decisions and smooth operations.
b. Ensuring transparency and equal opportunities for all involved, to eliminate bias by applying fair, performing-based systems for job assignments and publicity.
c. To resume and complete ongoing improvements such as law revisions, government procedures, and internal documentation — aiming to bring better structure and consistency to the city’s government systems.

a. Re -design the government rank system to remove unused positions and streamline commands.
b. Create clear job details and internal guides to support smooth onboarding and daily tasks.
c. For coordination, updates and response, hold regular weekly meetings with the department heads.
d. Introduce new laws such as traffic code, bodycam rules and labor functions to expand RP scenarios.
e. Apply a proper bonus and reward system based on RP activity and real contribution.
