• I have strong experience in gang leadership:
I’ve served as Underdeputy in Liberty (twice), Los Nomadas (twice), and Inferno (once), and I was also part of the Vipers high command. I understand how gangs work, how to manage people, and how to keep things organized. I know what Vipers need to grow stronger.
• I want to make Vipers more active and respected:
Vipers already have a name, but I believe with the right leadership we can become one of the top gangs in RP Grand. I want to make sure our members are active, well-trained, and feared in turf wars, but also respected in RP.
• I care about teamwork and proper role:
I believe in giving every member a role and a chance to shine. As a leader, I’ll focus on making everyone feel involved and important. If we all work together, Vipers can become a solid and fun organization for everyone.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• Host more gang-based RP events:
I’ll organize raids and bank robbery events regularly. These improve the quality of RP and keep everyone excited and involved.
• Regular Discord Meetings for Training:
I will hold regular meetings on Discord to guide and train new members. This will help them understand the server rules, improve their RP skills, and learn how to behave properly in different situations.
• Strict Action Against Rule Breakers:
If any member is caught doing metagaming, power gaming, or breaking RP rules, they will be warned or punished internally. This helps maintain discipline and sets a good example for others.
