1.Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I believe in the power of a strong and united community. In an RP server, every player’s experience matters, and it’s the staff’s responsibility to make sure everyone feels safe, heard, and engaged in the storylines. I’m not here just to watch things happen—I want to be a part of making them happen. My goal is to assist players, resolve conflicts smoothly, and ensure the server runs like a well-oiled machine. I’m ready to put in the work, stay active, and help make this community the best it can be.
2.What are your strengths?
I’m highly dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility. I stay calm under pressure, and I’m skilled at handling situations fairly and respectfully, even when emotions run high. I have excellent communication skills, which help me explain rules, assist new players, and solve issues without drama. I’m also a quick learner, adapting to server updates, rules, and procedures easily. My passion for RP drives me to contribute to the server in every way I can, from helping others to organizing and participating in events. I’m committed, professional, and always ready to lend a hand.
3.What are your biggest weaknesses?
At times, I tend to take on too much because I’m eager to help wherever I’m needed. I’m learning to pace myself better, delegate tasks when possible, and ensure I’m focusing on what’s most important without losing the quality of my work. I’m also working on balancing perfectionism—sometimes I overthink the small details, but I’m learning to trust my instincts and experience more. I’m always open to feedback and constantly improving.
4.Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
No, there are no IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. I have a stable schedule, reliable internet, and a strong commitment to the server. I’m fully ready to contribute my time and energy to assist the staff team and the community.
