Each member should have a specific role within the organization that aligns with INFERNO’s theme—such as enforcers, intelligence officers, negotiators, or tech specialists. Assigning these roles enhances immersion and gives every member a sense of purpose. Additionally, encouraging members to create and develop character backstories can lead to more engaging and authentic RP.
b. Internal RP Events and Scenario-Based Training:
Regular RP-based trainings and internal events can help sharpen both skills and creativity. Scenarios like kidnappings, arms deals, and covert missions will enhance teamwork and RP fluency while keeping members active and involved.
